The primary goal of the Kemp Economic Development Corporation is expand the local economy by attracting new development in the city.
The Kemp EDC is a 4-B Sales Tax Corporation dedicated to promoting commercial growth within the City and improving the area's standard of living. A seven member board of directors oversees the activities of the corporation. The board encourages members of the business community considering Kemp as a location to make application for possible incentives. Available options include:
